Bookings are only effected by our receiving in writing all booking details and a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost.
You should notify us immediately in writing if you have to cancel. We are legally entitled to retain your depositand in the case of self-catering accommodation, payment of the full balance will be due if cancellation occurred within three weeks of start of tenancy. For your protection we recommend you take out holiday insurance.

Pets are permitted with prior consent. When at Trenona Farm they are to be kept under control at all times. Under no circumstances are they to be left unattended except in the kennels provided.There is an additional charge for pets of £5 per night per pet in both the B&B and the cottages. Self-catering only - a damage deposit of £50.00 per animal is to be paid with balance, returnable after your departure if no damage has occurred.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival after 4.30pm and departure by 10.30am unless otherwise agreed.
All bed linen, bath & hand towels, tea towels supplied. Please provide your own beach towels.
Injury, damage, loss to tenants
We will not be liable for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the customers or any other person may suffer or occur arising out of or in any way connected with the occupancy or resulting from any other cause whatsoever.
Non-availability of property
If for any reason beyond our control (e.g. fire damage) the property is not available on the date booked, all rent and charges paid in advance by the tenants will be refundable in full but the tenants will have no further claim on ourselves.
1) To pay for any losses or damage to the property however caused (reasonable wear and tear excepted) unless the cost of making good such loss or damage can be fully recoverable under our householders insurance.
2) To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the tenancy.
3) To permit us reasonable access to the property for maintenance.
4) Not to exceed the number of persons originally stated when booking unless agreed prior to occupation.
